Jeremy Tutt
Hainan Manager
Jeremy Tutt is our Hainan Manager. Jeremy is a lifetime sailor and commercially qualified yacht master, as well as a water-ski and wakeboard instructor. A former Director of the London and Southampton Boat Shows in the UK, with a wealth of experience in the yachting business gained throughout the Caribbean, Mediterranean and UK. Most recently he established a very successful dealership and service centre for Azimut in the Middle East.
Jeremy’s in depth knowledge of the global yacht sales and charter markets will be an enormous asset for our customers in Hainan and Southern China.

Wayne Pan
Yacht Broker
Wayne Pan is one of Taiwan's most famous sailors and has been on the water since he was eight years old. He is still a medalist in the Laser class in Taiwan. In the early 1990's, he moved to Japan to gain experience and knowledge in larger sailboats which he could then share with his fellow Taiwanese sailors.
From 2000 to 2004, Wayne was the captain of 'Motivation' (formerly known as 'Jelik') and he captained his young crew to victory in many competitions. Previously the Service Manager in the Shenzhen office, Wayne has now joined the yacht broking team where his experience will be invaluable.

Richard Lee
Yacht Broker
Richard Lee graduated from an Ivy League University in the United States and holds an MBA degree. Since returning to China he has been engaged in real estate related industries.
His passion, though, is yachting and he has moved from Beijing to Hainan to join the Simpson Marine brokerage team. His aim is to introduce more people from northern China to the pleasure of yachts and sailing, Richard is fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese and English.

Danny Kou
Service Manager
Danny was previously a Senior Technician with Simpson Marine and received training at the Azimut shipyard which built on his wide skill base which includes electrical, internal and external finishing as well as general boat repairs and maintenance.
As Service Manager he has acquired the experience necessary for running a successful service crew in China.

John Tan
Service Technician
John graduated from the Jiangsu Maritime Vocational Institute of Technology - Department of Marine Engineering. In 2005, he entered the yachting industry and gained professional training in yacht electrical and mechanical equipment including MAN, MTU, CAT, Volvo, ONAN and KOHLER structures.
