Mike Simpson has substantial worldwide experience as a yacht broker and specialises in superyacht sales and construction. Based in Hong Kong since 1984, he has accumulated an extensive network and knowledge of shipyards, manufacturers and yacht construction that is unparalleled in the Asia market. During this time, Mike has handled many of the major new-build assignments and megayacht transactions in the region.
A keen sailor, Mike Simpson has spent many years cruising the Mediterranean, Caribbean, Atlantic and South China Sea. He is fluent in English, Chinese, French and German.

Grant Saunders is an experienced sailor and senior broker. Prior to joining Simpson Marine he spent eight years in the automotive industry in Australia, working for Porsche, BMW and Ferrari, before working as first officer aboard some of the worlds most prestigious superyachts for nine years.
Grant, a New Zealander, is a Commercial Ocean Yacht Master, qualified marine medic, marine fire fighter and a marine helicopter safety officer. He has travelled over 70,000 nautical miles and visited some of the world's best sailing grounds.

Mark Woodmansey is brand manager for Azimut and Nautor’s Swan for the Simpson Marine Group. An experienced broker based in Hong Kong since 2004 he has extensive experience with the Asian boating market and southern China in particular.
A RYA Yacht Master with thousands of miles of delivery and racing experience, he brings his passion for offshore sailing to the Asian boat market. With over 100 power boat and sail yacht transactions in Hong Kong and more from around the region he brings knowledge and experience to the process of purchasing and owning a yacht in Asia.
He has logged over 20,000 sea miles including ocean crossings, Caribbean and Mediterranean yachting as crew and captain, during which time he also sailed in Valsheda, the classic 'J-Class'.

James has been sailing since he was 8 years old and has worked in the marine industry for more than six years. Prior to joining Simpson Marine, James worked as an Instructor at a UK maritime academy for the Ocean Graduate Plus course designed to train professional mariners to work as skipper of small and large ocean going sail and motor yachts.

Eric Chan grew up in Toronto, Canada. From a very early age he enjoyed outdoor activities, especially boating and wakeboarding.
He graduated from Ryerson University in Toronto with a degree in Architecture. After university, Eric worked for seven years at a China based electronic products manufacturing company where he gained sales and marketing experience.
His interest in becoming a yacht broker was influenced by his father who managed a respected shipyard in Aberdeen, Hong Kong for over half a decade.

Having spent time in Germany as a child, he then finished his studies in Vancouver. Kenneth speaks Chinese, English, and German fluently.
After his return to Hong Kong in 2002, Kenneth worked exclusively in sales and marketing. Two years prior to joining Simpson Marine, Kenneth spent two years selling luxury goods and services including yacht charters in the Hong Kong area.
Kenneth's interest in yachting grew when his family bought an Azimut 47 in 2008, which he is still taking out every weekend during the summer. Kenneth's goal of mixing work with his hobby became a reality when he joined Simpson Marine.

John Gye apprenticed as a Marine Fitter and Turner and began working with luxury yachts in 1986, building engine rooms for Lloyds Ships Australia.
He has since held the position of Chief Engineer aboard a large yacht, overseen the building of a 50M Bennetti at their ship yards, owned his own yachting service business in Italy, worked for the Benetti After Sales team and sailed extensively around Europe and the Caribbean.
He began working for Simpson Marine as Service Manager in 2006, and now holds the position of Pre-Delivery Manager - taking charge of clients yachts from the day of order to the day of final delivery.

Steve Mullaly is a Caterpillar trained technician with over 20 years experience with a wide range of commercial, pleasure and ancillary marine equipment.
Having built and sailed his own steel sailing sloop, he understands the demands and expectations of yacht owners - and the importance that under nautical conditions these demands be met.
Having traveled and lived in Asia for 15 years Steve has made this region his home.
