Indonesia team teams up with Maxima Realty and Sarment at ‘’Celebrating Life’’ dinner

Simpson Marine Indonesia and Maxima Realty, the developers of the luxurious New World Grand Bali Resort were the joint hosts of an intimate four course wine-paired dinner with the theme “Celebrating Life Together”. The event was held in a private dining room at the Maxima Showroom in Panin Tower, Jakarta on 9 December.

The night started with a wine tasting of six rare French wines from the Burgundy region. Julien Dreven, head Sommelier of Sarment, personally selected the wines after touring 25 wineries throughout Burgundy and blind tasting more than 110 wines. During the dinner Guillaume Willk-Fabia, GM of Sarment and Julien Dreven gave an entertaining and informative presentation about choosing, storing and enjoying rare wine. During the dinner the guests were treated to further rare wines including an exclusive Grand Cru Burgundy.

The intimate evening was concluded with a presentation about yachting in Indonesia by Paul Whelan the General Manger of Simpson Marine Indonesia and Pak Djoni Hasjim the President Director of Maxima Realty.
