Simpson Marine China Team Attends 3rd China International Consumer Products Expo in Haikou

Running from 11-15 April 2023, the 3rd China International Consumer Products Expo was held at the Hainan International Convention and Exhibition Center in Haikou and gathered over 2,800 luxury and lifestyle brands, both local and international, presenting their products to an audience of 300,000 visitors from all over China. Simpson Marine presented our yachting lounge to the visitors, providing them with the opportunity to learn more about yachting lifestyle in Asia.

The event, China’s biggest luxury products fair, was jointly organised by the Trade Development Bureau of the Ministry of Commerce and Hainan Provincial Bureau of International Economic Development. The total area of this year’s expo exceeded 100,000 square metres, with the international exhibition area covering 80,000 square metres. The theme of this year’s expo was “Share open opportunities to create a better life”. During the expo, hundreds of well-known brands from China and abroad released the latest high-quality products and designs.

The Simpson Marine China team were present at the exhibition and hosted guests, introducing the new yacht friendly tax-free yacht policy in Hainan. Guests also had the opportunity to learn about our yacht charter, management offering and full service offering for boats and yachts.

In recent years the yacht industry in Hainan has developed rapidly, and the Chinese government has vigorously promoted the yacht tourism industry on the island. As the only tropical island in the country, Hainan Island is famous for its beautiful beaches, clear waters, and warm climate, making it an ideal destination for Chinese yachting enthusiasts.
