Aquila 54 and 32 Officially Presented at Grow Boating Pattaya, Thailand

The Aquila 54 made her official Asian debut at the Grow Boating Pattaya 2023 event, alongside her sister, the Aquila 32.

Organised by Ocean Marina, the Grow Boating event in Pattaya was the perfect venue for Simpson Marine to showcase our latest models from the Aquila range to a large and enthusiastic audience of boating enthusiasts and industry professionals.

Both the Aquilas were presented as the latest additions to the brand’s growing range of power catamarans in Pattaya, and they are known for their spacious layouts, exceptional comfort, and excellent performance. As the Aquila 54 and 32 models had only recently arrived in Thailand, they generated a lot of interest and excitement at the event.

Winner of the 2021 Multihull of the Year in the Multipower category, the Aquila 54 Yacht was built for cruising in comfort and offers an unprecedented amount of usable space on board. Designed for on board living, yacht charter, and a comfortable unique yachting experience, the Aquila 54 Power Catamaran is equipped with an outdoor kitchen and room for toys at the flybridge. A three-section swim step can be combined to create one massive deck, plus an interior available in multiple configurations to suit individual preferences.

The Aquila 32 is a great boat for a wide array of water-based activities, island exploration and adventures. The 2021 redesigned version allows for more space onboard for family and friends to enjoy days on deck or nights sleeping below in the air-conditioned cabin. Some of her unique and innovative features include a swim platform that wraps around the twin outboards, with centre steps that deploy as the platform lowers.

Also on display at Grow Boating Pattaya were the Beneteau First 27 and First 14 from the Simpson Sailing Academy. The Simpson Sailing Academy has a fleet of five Beneteau First 14’s, two First 18’s and one First 27 with larger cruising yachts also being considered in the near future. These First models are ideal all-rounders, and easy to handle, allowing students to learn and build their confidence in sailing. Courses on offer include the International Yacht and Maritime Training (IYT) courses of Dinghy Bronze through to Platinum, and Small Powerboat and RIB Master certifications. Sailing day camps were also recently introduced to encourage the community to learn to sail over the school term break.
