Simpson Marine China joins forces with Ferrari in Sanya

On March 2, Ferrari and Hublot organised a private preview of the new Ferrari Portofino model at the Conrad Sanya Haitang Bay. Simpson Marine supported this event as a partner inviting our yacht owners and providing a yacht sea trial for the car owners. The Ferrari Portofino folding hardtop convertible luxury GT sports car was just released at the end of last year. The new car will replace the existing Ferrari California T model, equipped with a 3.9L twin turbocharged V8 engine, powering the Portofino from zero to a hundred kilometers per hour in only 3.5 seconds. The name of the new car comes from Portofino, a port city in Italy. This also shows the direct connection between sports cars and yachts: both land and sea, can enjoy the passion of speed.
