Simpson Marine supports SPLASH Solo Swim around Hong Kong island for a second year, helping raise awareness for Splash Foundation charity

We are happy to be supporting the SPLASH Solo Swim around Hong Kong for the second year in a row. Simpson Marine will provide a support boat and funds in aid of the Splash Foundation’s fundraising Solo Swim around Hong Kong island. Planned for 3 November 2018, the challenge will be taken up by local female swimmer Edie Hu, who follows in the footsteps of Simon Holliday, the founder of Splash, who swam in 2017. The fundraising swim aims to raise awareness and funds for the Foundation, which teaches unprivileged children and domestic helpers in Hong Kong to swim while giving them also a sense of community and a strong feeling of empowerment as they learn a lifelong skill.
