China Cup 10th edition – one week to go!

Only 7 days left before the 10^th edition of Asia’s biggest regatta kicks off in Hong Kong! The opening Simpson Marine Passage Race set for 27^th October, which departs from the Royal Hong Kong Yacht Club destined for Shenzhen’s Longcheer Marina where regular China Cup racing will be held on 28-30 October in beautiful Daya Bay. This year Mike Simpson himself will join our Beneteau Asia – Simpson Marine to race on the First 40.7 during the Passage Race, and in the evening will give awards to winners. The 2016 edition marks the tenth year of Beneteau and Simpson Marine’s continuous support for the China Cup, a partnership that started in 2007 with the delivery of 26 Beneteau First 40.7s that are now a separate, most prestigious class of the CCIR. Our Beneteau Asia Simpson Marine boat will represent a strong crew of the best Beneteau and SM sailors and we are aiming for a top position on the race board!
