Beneteau is known for hosting a number of events that bring its yacht owners together, one of which is the annual Barracuda Tour, created by Yannick Helmet, Beneteau Sales Director for France and Southern Europe. This special no-kill fishing competition was founded in 2013 and has continued ever since. The 2019 edition was held in Port du Crouesty in Arzon at the entrance to the Gulf of Morbihan and welcomed a large number of eager participants. Dozens of Barracuda 7, 8 and 9 powerboats set out to the centre of the boating ground, with 120 teams and 19 different nationalities for two weekends of high spirits, good weather, and great catches.
