Lagoon to launch three new models at Cannes Yachting Festival – 40’, 50’ and Seventy 8

Once again, the world’s number 1 in catamarans keeps us in anticipation every new yachting season with the new models and innovations regularly showcased as Premieres at the Cannes Yachting Festival and the following Autumn boat shows.

This year in Cannes, we are expecting the World unveiling of the new motoryacht flagship, the Seventy 8, a new power catamaran with superyacht DNA, as stated by the designers themselves. On the sailing side, two new models, the Lagoon 40 and 50, will be premiering at the show.

Starting with the Lagoon 40 which is a true “combination of expertise”, she symbolises the synergy of Lagoon’s innovation, replacing the popular 39 and 400 models.

Master designers VPLP continue the chase of higher performance in cruising catamarans with this sleek and innovative design of the Lagoon 40. An interior of elegance and luminosity, the Lagoon 40 accommodates layouts to meet the needs of owners and large families with availability in three or four cabins.

Next size up, the Lagoon 50 is the perfect compromise between the hugely popular 450 model and the 52. She offers an attractive option to navigators in search of a large “seaworthy and modern” owner’s boat. With her new visual identity, rigging and hull design, she provides increased performance, comprising a unique brand signature.

Reaffirming their return to the motor yacht sector, Lagoon will unveil the flagship SEVENTY 8. With a top speed and a range of 5,000 nautical miles the SEVENTY 8 is the perfect long distance cruiser. Hull nr 1 is still available for sale, so if you don’t want to wait for a few years before your slot is build, make sure to grab this chance, as we are certain that the yacht will sell in Cannes.
