Sanya Team Welcomes New Year of the Tiger with Diamond Indeed and Lagoon Catamarans

Simpson Marine China is now a fully operating business in the Sanya Tax Free Port and is able to successfully deliver yachts to Hainan in this scheme, presenting an exciting new yacht ownership opportunity for our Chinese buyers. With Sanya being an important market for yachting, Simpson Marine is particularly active in the area with a flagship office in Serenity Marina and the professional team on hand to assist customers in their yachting needs.

In celebration of the New Year of The Tiger, with many of our clients who spend this important national holiday in Sanya, we have recently partnered with Diamond Indeed, a high-end diamond jewelry brand from Antwerp, Belgium, the “Diamond Capital of the World”. This partnership will see us co-host a series of cruises with Lagoon catamarans, allowing guests to discover the amazing yachting lifestyle in the city’s high season.

In early February, Diamond Indeed invited their customers to attend a leisurely cruise on yachts including three Lagoon catamarans, two Lagoon 46s and one Lagoon 52. The journey began at Sanya Clearwater Bay Marina and the flotilla cruised together to picturesque Haitang Bay enjoying its lush tropical landscape. We have also partnered with Waveshark, the leading brand in e-surfing, and they presented their latest products with two coaches on hand to provide trials to the guests, adding a fun aspect to the whole cruising experience.

The guests later disembarked at the Rosewood Hotel Sanya’s Beach Club, a dedicated lounge located on the top floor, which was set up with exquisite diamond pieces with Simpson Marine showcasing some scale models to continue with the yachting feel. The guests then enjoyed an afternoon tea tied in with product appreciation from Diamond Indeed.
