Taiwan Team Displays Beneteau Yachts at Argo Boat Show in Tainan

Held on 20 – 22 November 2020, the second edition of Tainan Argo Yacht Carnival saw nearly 30 yachts presented on display.  Most of Taiwan’s yachts builders and dealers joined hands and came together to celebrate boating in this unprecedented year that has seen most of nautical events cancelled throughout the world.

The Simpson team presented two popular boats from the Beneteau Power line – the Antares 7 and Barracuda 8 – which as usual garnered a lot of interest from first time buyers who appreciated Beneteau’s exceptional build quality and their easy to cruise yachts.

The first day of the show featured a dedicated yacht forum about boating industry developments and the broader yachting lifestyle. In addition to the yacht show, there was a grassy area at the venue set aside for food trucks, market, and a playground. Concerts, flash mob performances, and picnics also took place during the show which added to the carnival feel of the event. It was great to see some happy moments around boating shared by keen and first time sailors alike.
