CCIFI Sports Challenge Winning Teams Announcement – Taking Action to Save the Seas!

As a member of the French Chamber of Commerce Hong Kong, Simpson Marine was invited to take part in the first edition of the CCIFI Sports Challenge, congregating 11 other French Chambers worldwide. Running from 22 April (Earth Day) until 8 June (World Oceans Day), this was a six-week team sports challenge that allowed participants to collect accumulative points by undertaking physical activities such as walking, running and cycling with part of the proceeds going to the Sea Cleaners association.

We’re proud to say that, globally, we have collectively saved over 38,000 kg of CO₂ emissions, with participants covering more than 470,000 km during the event. Our teams at Simpson Marine have tried our best to contribute as much as we could to this great cause. Our Marketing team came 167th, the Sales team came 175th and the Service Team came 203rd, out of over 200 teams.
