First Lagoon 620 sold to Indonesia celebrates handover in Singapore

A popular Lagoon model in Asia, we celebrated the handover of a Lagoon 620 to her owners in Singapore last week. Making it extra special was this Lagoon 620 was the 100^th hull of this popular model and she also was chosen with the luxurious Essense interior. We had a private party onboard with the owner’s close friends where Paul Whelan, Indonesia Country Manager, made a speech on the celebratory occasion and spoke about how it was thrilling to see Lagoon growing in Indonesia and now joined by the large Lagoon 620. Kicking off the event, we invited the owners with a red ribbon cutting and christening the yacht with the significant moment of smashing champagne on the anchor. This was certainly a special moment for both owner and Simpson Marine alike. Guests then enjoyed the evening with canapes and drinks as they explored the yacht and celebrated into the night. The next day the yacht started her journey for Indonesia, and we look forward to seeing her exploring the beautiful areas of Raja Ampat and beyond.
