Oceanis 51.1 Premieres at Singapore Yacht Show

Making her Asia Premiere at the Singapore Yacht Show, the Beneteau Oceanis 51.1 revealed the first of a new generation of Oceanis sailing yachts. The 51.1 is faster and more comfortable than any of her forerunners, as well as being the most customisable cruising yacht on the market.

Retaining the high level of seakeeping and comfort that forged the reputation of this leading range, Beneteau has utilised its racing acumen to its advantage in enhancing the Oceanis 51.1. Therefore, whether speaking of her interior or exterior, at anchor or at sail, she is elegant, smart, comfortable and performs majestically.

Designed by Olivier Racoupeau, the stepped hull extends over a third of the hull which creates additional interior space, without changing the shape of the bottom, a key to good performance under sail.

She was definitely a Singapore Yacht Show crowd favourite in her prominent location, with her sleek and striking lines in front of the Simpson Marine hospitality stand. With no less than four different interior layouts, five rigging plans, three different keel types and other customisable options, the Oceanis 51.1 is individually unique to any future buyer.
