Penang Rendezvous Debuts in Malaysia – Four Yachts on Display

Asia continues to host more luxury lifestyle events and a new addition is the Penang Rendezvous. The inaugural edition of this luxury lifestyle event was held on 26-29 June in Straits Quai Marina, Penang. Tailored to those who relish the finer sides of life and have interest in discovering yachting in Malaysia, Penang Rendezvous showcased the best of the yachting lifestyle in Malaysia, including the country’s modern marina infrastructure and hundreds of beautiful islands to cruise around including Langkawi, Borneo and the Perhentian Islands.

Simpson Marine was proud to participate in this first edition with the Monte Carlo Yachts 70, Riva Opera 85, Majesty Yachts 56 and Sunseeker 60 on display and all enjoying a lot of interest from the first time visitors. The team, under the leadership of Simon Theseira, Simpson Marine’s Malaysia Country Manager for over 20 years now, was delighted to showcase this impressive line-up. Events included several daily Sparkling Cruises for customers to discover how great is to enjoy time on the water with friends.
