Lagoon Catamaran’s latest 2021 model, the Lagoon 55, was unofficially unveiled at an online presentation in March and all the industry and brand representatives have been impressed by this new concept. She offers a new interpretation of the “Terrace at Sea” in the cockpit, and has a new front lounge in the bow, not to mention a new set of finishes and ambiences to make her even more welcoming and homely while still keeping the feel of luxury and elegance.
The design includes generous spaces, allowing guests to find their own private relaxed area in the many different spots on board. Her multi-function transoms are not just for moving around the boat but also serve as a living space when at anchor, either for cooking outdoors or for direct access to the sea.
A highlight of this model is certainly the new cockpit facing the sea with much larger transoms and aft platform, which has been designed to be an on-water terrace, equipped with an outdoor galley, that is perfect for socialising. The Lagoon 55 provides first class comfort with a large forward cockpit ideal for sunset aperitifs and a huge flybridge with a dining table, extensive sun pads and wet bar.

The yacht is currently cruising around the Med on her Mediterranean Tour and she will premiere this autumn at the Cannes Yachting festival as part of the wider Lagoon fleet that will be on display.
In Asia, we have received our first order for this model in China and in Singapore, expected to arrive in 2021 and 2022 respectively.
