The Hong Kong edition of Boating Rendezvous took place on 11-12 November in ABC Middle Island and was a fabulous two-day event. Sailing enthusiasts and boat owners were connected together in Hong Kong during a leisurely display of a fleet of new and popular models from Beneteau and Lagoon. With the sun beaming down on the busy Aberdeen Boat Club, the whole venue was buzzing with happy yachting vibes; a line-up of seven models was displayed featuring Beneteau and Lagoon Catamarans, including two Oceanis sailboats, the 46.1 and 35.1; two Antares outboards, the Antares 8 and 7; as well as three new-generation Lagoon catamarans with the Lagoon 50, Lagoon 46 and Lagoon 42.
“Take the helm” Workshop Hailed a Success
Beneteau APAC Asia Pacific Customer Service Manager Loik Morgant hosted a very successful special manoeuvring workshop on board the Lagoon 50 at the Boating Rendezvous Hong Kong. All participants onboard were shown how to manoeuvre the vessel to leave the berth and dock the cat, with Loik offering useful tips on sailing to give them confidence in catamaran handling abilities.
