Club Swan Gears Up for an Exciting 2025 Racing Season

The upcoming 2025 ClubSwan racing season promises a thrilling calendar of events for both one-design and rating categories. From technical windward-leeward courses to relaxed coastal and offshore regattas, the season is set to showcase the versatility and competitive spirit of the Swan fleet.

Giovanni Pomati, CEO of Nautor Swan, reflects on the new season: “I’m excited to launch another dynamic racing year. Our aim extends beyond performance – we want to nurture a community where competition is complemented by camaraderie and mutual respect. The 2025 racing calendar is a testament to the unity sailing fosters, and we look forward to seeing these values in action throughout the season.”

The Rise of the ClubSwan 28

The 2025 season also marks the competitive debut of the ClubSwan 28 in the United States. This new addition to the one-design fleet recently impressed at its international premiere during the Primo Cup-UBS Trophy in Monaco. In a closely fought contest, Hatari, owned by Marcus Brenneke, emerged victorious after a dramatic tie-breaker.

Brenneke, owner of this ClubSwan 50 world champion Hatari, praised the new vessel: “The ClubSwan 28 is more like dinghy sailing – intense and agile. We improved quickly and matched the pace of more experienced teams.”

A Season of Innovation and Tradition

Federico Michetti, Head of Sport Activities at Nautor Swan, is enthusiastic about the months ahead: “An extraordinary and intense season awaits us. With new owners joining our community and the arrival of the ClubSwan 28 and ClubSwan 43, the competition will be fierce and the camaraderie even stronger.”

As ClubSwan embarks on another action-packed season, the 2025 calendar reflects the brand’s commitment to delivering world-class racing while fostering a sense of community and shared passion for the sea.
