Sanlorenzo SX100, 57Steel and Bluegame BGM75 Win Top Honours at 2023 Oceanway China Yacht Awards

In the 2023 Oceanway China Yacht Awards Ceremony held on 28 May in Xiamen, Sanlorenzo Group won a hat trick of awards. Sanlorenzo claimed two, with the Sanlorenzo SX100 winning the Best Superyacht of the Year (30-40m), and the Sanlorenzo 57Steel awarded as the Best Interior Design (Superyachts above 40m). Additionally, the Bluegame BGM75 won the Best Exterior Design (Catamaran above 60ft).

The China Yacht Awards, initiated in 2018 by the industry media “Oceanway”, is an annual event for yacht enthusiasts and industry professionals. The 2023 China Yacht Awards is divided into two series: Brand Awards and Boat Awards, and attracts more than 280 brands and companies, and more than 120 boat models to participate in the competition each year. The anticipation was palpable as attendees eagerly awaited the announcement of winners during the awards ceremony.

Sanlorenzo SX100: A Crossover marvel

Awarded the Best Exterior Design (Catamaran above 60ft), the BGM75 is the revolutionary multihull from Bluegame. This innovative vessel was designed in collaboration with renowned naval architect, Luca Santella, and Zuccon International Project design firm. The result is a multihull yacht that redefines luxury and performance, with an unparalleled cruising experience for those fortunate enough to step aboard.

Unlike regular catamarans, which often have a boxy shape with widely spaced hulls, the BGM75 has a sleeker and more elegant grace.
