Simpson Marine will return to the Thailand International Boat Show early next year, also hosted at Yacht Haven Marina. This event will gather the world’s best in luxury yachts and yachting brands, providing visitors with an immersive and 360-degree experience.
The Sanlorenzo SL90A and Bluegame BGX63 will both make their premieres at this event. We will showcase them alongside the Fairline Targa 45 GT.
The Sanlorenzo SL90A is an innovative 27-metre yacht that redefines luxury with its asymmetric design. Combining sleek aesthetics with intelligent use of space, this model offers a full-beam configuration on the port side, while maintaining a side deck to starboard, creating a seamless flow between indoor and outdoor spaces. Thailand’s strategic location, breathtaking coastline, and rich maritime heritage make it a rising star in global yachting. In recent years, Thailand has rapidly upgraded its infrastructure and regulations to attract more superyachts and boost maritime tourism. Recent data from Phuket highlights a major uptick in superyacht arrivals: from 41 in 2021 to 148 in 2023.
To further enhance Thailand’s standing as a yachting hub, the Thai Marine Department has introduced amendments that ease regulations for superyachts and sports boats. These efforts, combined with new developments like the Laem Chabang Port and Koh Samui cruise terminals, align with the government’s vision to establish Thailand as a premier marina destination in Asia.
