Get ready for some big numbers, we are here to talk about the superstar yacht show, Cannes Yachting Festival. The 42nd edition of this must see nautical event will take place from 10 to 15 September in Cannes on the French Riviera.
Expect to see 638 yachts of all sizes, from 2m to 55m, including 122 world premieres from virtually every shipyard in the world.
Due to the show’s continuing increase in size, the organisers have introduced a major upgrade for 2019 with the historic site of Vieux Port now fully dedicated to Motoryachts (including Power Catamarans) and Port Pierre Canto on the other side of La Croisette is now hosting Sailing Yachts and Sail Catamarans.
Be sure to allow enough time to explore both areas with regular water taxis and VIP boats arranged in between two ports for easy movement between the two.

Some of the show’s scheduled premieres are very exciting indeed so keep your eyes open for the new Sanlorenzo SD96, Fairline Squadron 68 and F-Line//33, MCY70 and MCY76, Beneteau Oceanis 30.1 and First Yacht 53, new Flyer 6 and 7, new GT32 and GT36 and a grand news from Lagoon with the newest Power Sixty 7.
These are just a few new models from these award-winning shipyards, which will be presenting full fleets of their yachts so you will have many new yachts to see and compare with their smaller/bigger sisters and alternative ranges for various uses.
