MCY 80 Celebrates Grand Premiere in Trieste

The MCY 80, the newest addition to the range, was unveiled at a private event for owners, clients, brokers and media on 23 June at the MCY shipyard in Monfalcone, Italy.

Holding the event at the shipyard allowed guests to see first-hand how MCY combines technical manufacturing excellence with world leading design to create a stunning range of yachts that offer levels of customisation normally only found on superyachts.

Guests were free to explore samples of fabrics, stone and wood whilst learning about the most recent industrial investments MCY have made in their state of the art shipyard and the story of how the MCY 80 was conceived and designed. “Those who were with us for the launch of the MCY  70 in 2012, will discover how, over these few years, we have grown while keeping true to our dream and our vision,” said Carla Demaria, President of Monte Carlo Yachts. “We have invested a significant amount of resources, to support our growth and create the conditions to keep on growing in the future. The MCY 80 is the latest step in our path of evolution, one we’re very proud of, as we’re proud to present it right here at home in Trieste.”

After the gala dinner, the new MCY 80 made her official reveal with a night show performance which amazed all guests present at the event. Congratulations to Monte Carlo Yachts on the new MCY 80 joining the prestigious collection.
