Beneteau sailing yachts dominate Penghu Regatta 2019

It is always great to see our clients out on the water and enjoying the sailing lifestyle, and several of Simpson Marine Taiwan’s clients recently took part in the annual Penghu Regatta, held at the end of June. The event saw a good number of Beneteau owners who brought their Beneteau First 40, First 45, Oceanis 38 and two Oceanis 38.1 to compete.

The 2019 edition of the Penghu Regatta saw a huge turnout for many sailing enthusiasts vying for the winner’s cup. It was a perfect day for racing with a good breeze and sunshine. Teams were divided into different divisions before the sailing competition began, with the Beneteau First 40 taking out first place.

This is the fourth win for the Beneteau First 40 in this contest, and this impressive result truly reflects the sailing power and features of Beneteau yachts. It is no easy feat to conquer the big waves in the region, and the team had to overcome many adversaries during the race but they took out the title thanks to their teamwork and the Beneteau First 40’s competitive sailing qualities.
