Lagoon Catamarans sales picks up at end of the year for private use and management programs

Established in 1984, the same year as Simpson Marine, Lagoon Catamarans is an ongoing success story in Asia. They are much loved for their spaciousness – unrivaled by any other catamaran builder in the world, bright interiors thanks to vertical windows alongside the deckhouse and their ingenious features that make sailing easy, enjoyable, and safe! Every year, Lagoon’s design team works hard to introduce new models and upgrades that allow to owners enjoy their boats more, with new design options, bigger sofas and more sitting/ resting areas outdoors, fluid circulation on board, more performance-oriented rigging and streamlined hull shapes. This year the new success stories are the Lagoon 40 and 50 that we will introduce soon in Hong Kong and Singapore respectively. The end of 2017 was a busy one for Simpson Marine and Lagoon with four new Lagoons 42-450 and 52 sold to Asia for both private use and charter management programmes with Simpson Yacht Charter. We have secured eight Lagoons for 2018 for Asia, due to their very limited availability this year, a direct result of their popularity and high demand.
