Lagoon Escapade Thailand 2019 becomes Lagoon Flagship event in Asia

Held in Phuket on the weekend of 5-6 October, our Lagoon Flagship event – Lagoon Escapade Thailand 2019 – was a great success, with plenty of fun memories to for all involved to take away with them

A fleet of 11 yachts attended the event, including a Lagoon 40, three Lagoon 42s, a Lagoon 50,  a Lagoon 52, a Lagoon 560 and two Lagoon 620s. Some of our Beneteau owners of the Flyer 8.8 and Gran Turismo 49 also took the opportunity to join the Lagoon community, enjoying the yachting lifestyle and networking with fellow yacht owners.

The weekend was spent at Koh Roi where guests enjoyed an afternoon of swimming and on-water activities with various water toys at their disposal. The group then sailed up to Klong Muang Beach at Krabi for a white party evening cocktail session and beach BBQ with a special fire dance show. Day two began with a leisurely sail to Koh Pak Bia for an afternoon of activities before the Lagoon Escapade concluded at Ao Po Grand Marina, Simpson Marine’s base.

The success of the event would not be possible were it not for our very supportive Lagoon and Beneteau owners and friends and we thank them for being a part of this friendly group sailing experience. We look forward to growing this fantastic Escapade in Thailand in the future, and welcoming more owners and boats to join us.
