Aquila Announces New Aquila 54 Power Catamaran, New 70 Power, and a New RIB range

Following the announcement that the Aquila 70 Power Catamaran will launch in September 2020, Aquila has also revealed another new and exciting model: the Aquila 54. The Aquila 54 will build on the tremendous success of the Aquila 44 and 48.

The new model is due to launch in July 2020 and we are delighted to share few design stage images of the design that have just been released by the shipyard. We are amazed by the full beam master cabin with extensive windows providing a lot of daylight and an amazing dressing room in the starboard hull. The saloon resting area with two huge sofas includes one vast U-shape sofa within the dining table and a smart bar area serving the galley and saloon at the same time. Her decor eludes a true home-like feeling. We have seen the generous spaciousness of the Aquila 44 and we are fully confident that the 54 will enjoy similar success.

Following the Aquila 54 launch, the next new model in line for Aquila will be the superb 70 Power Flagship. She is expected to premiere in September 2020 and will offer a huge number of innovations, and a proper luxury yacht feel including high performance and speeds. We are looking forward to receiving more updates from Aquila on this model to share with you.

Another announcement from the shipyard is their project of a new range of multihull RIBS that will launch in August 2020 and include a range of sizes including 12ft, 14ft, and 17ft. The advantages of this range over traditional RIBS are many and include easier shore boarding, much easier davit use, better stability, shorter length than traditional RIBS and higher capacity. They will be finished with PVC and Hypalon tubes.
