Lagoon’s New Lagoon 51 – New Renderings Unveiled and Asia Stock Secured

New renderings have been released of the all-new Lagoon 51, with the design boasting optimized circulation and great fluidity of movement on board. The new model is also enhanced with an upgraded layout and offers many sustainable solutions. The world premiere of the Lagoon 51 will be hosted on 20 April at the International Multihull Show.

The flybridge on the Lagoon 51 is optimised to occupy 80% of the roof with two large sun pads at the front of the helm station and a huge C-shape seating area. The central table can be lowered to create an XL sunbathing area, while sofas allow you to welcome guests to share and enjoy relaxing times, alongside the captain, at the helm of the Lagoon 51.

Two stairs lead to the flybridge, one for the helmsman and one for the guests. This double access allows a great fluidity of connection between the living spaces of the boat. The convivial flybridge is appreciated both at anchor and also during navigation. Thanks to full headroom in the flybridge, it can be safely used underway. Maneuvers are easily undertaken from the steering station, while the guests can walk around without disturbing the helmsman. The flybridge of the Lagoon 51 is very innovative thanks the modularity of its spaces, its clever ergonomics, and the coziness of this great living area.

The Lagoon 51 features large and wide transoms, providing safe and practical access to the dock side. Together with the tender lift this creates a super large balcony by the sea. When moored up, this large bathing platform is the perfect base for swimming and relaxing. For easy circulation on board, there are only two small steps between the cockpit and the transoms.

The forward cockpit has an unobstructed view over the ocean, whether sharing sundowners or lying back comfortably in the middle of the day under the shade sail. This space also has many amenities like cupholders, a coffee table and good protection from the sun.

The view from the saloon is continuous, with 360° vertical windows, and the new wood finishes of “Alpi sand oak” reinforce this feeling of space. The owner’s cabin also benefits from this layout and proposes, as standard, a large walk -in dressing.

The Lagoon teams have reinvented their offering to meet the demands of the new generation of owners. Once example is the Lagoon 51’s options for XXL solar panels on the roof – this technology provides more than 3400 watts of power to operate the onboard service. The boat is therefore fully autonomous (except for the air-conditioning). The solar panels fit perfectly into the lines of the catamaran and do not interfere with life on board and the flybridge and the sun pads on the roof are still accessible and usable even with the panels fully laid out.
