Sanlorenzo concludes year with strong sales and new investments

Italian premium superyacht brand Sanlorenzo, specialising in custom-made GRP yachts and metal superyachts, celebrated a profitable 2016 with over 300 mln Euro turnover and 30 motoryachts launched, including on-going production of the company’s two largest models, the 64Steel and 52Steel (two units). The company announced its acquisition of an imposing production site in La Spezia, home of Sanlorenzo Superyacht, a clear signal of its success in the superyacht field.  The shipyard is seeing an increasing number of orders, including those coming from Asian buyers who certainly appreciate Sanlorenzo’s unique shipbuilding approach and fine execution of each single tailor-made yacht.

Sanlorenzo’s year ended with the launch of the 30th motoryacht in 2016, celebrating the debut of “I”, the 11th SD112 model – a 34.10‐meter, fiberglass semi-displacement motoryacht. As with every Sanlorenzo crafted since 1958, this SD112 “I” was made to measure according to the requests and style of her owner.
