On 9 July in Hong Kong, at the Aberdeen Marina Club, we hosted the eagerly anticipated Asia launch of the Lagoon SIXTY 7 motoryacht, which was making a stopover in the city on the way to her final destination, Taiwan.
The yacht’s 220sqm living space and generous 10 metre beam unanimously impressed everyone who stepped on board. She has been beautifully finished inside with walnut wood and crème upholsteries by Nauta Design, and matching bordeaux and purple ambiences outside in partnership with Sunbrella. Her balanced silhouette is the work of the Van Pethegen Lauriot Prevost studio in collaboration with former automotive designer (Renault and Ford) Patrick Le Quement.
The South of France Riviera themed launch was held in partnership with Veuve Clicquot, with a dedicated champagne bar and Mediterranean canapes including two branded macaron towers. On board the yacht Decathlon displayed an array of fun water toys including their flagship inflatable dinghy sailing boat 5S. French Perfume house Goutal presented a beautiful parfum and scent display and Hong Kong’s premier summer wear brand Mazu displayed their new summer swimwear collection, all made from recycled plastic.
Now the SIXTY 7 has been officially presented to the public, we are eagerly awaiting the arrival of the sailing version, the SIXTY 5, later this summer.
