Against the picturesque backdrop of Port Dickson and its coastal charm, Simpson Marine Malaysia hosted an exclusive Yachting Weekend from 25 to 26 November 2023. The event, held at Admiral Marina & Leisure Club, showcased a carefully curated selection of yachts, offering enthusiasts a glimpse into the world of maritime sophistication.
The fleet on display included the Fairline Targa 45, Aquila 42, Aquila 36, Beneteau Gran Turismo 41, and a selection of brokerage yachts available for purchase. The Fairline Targa 45 GT, a symphony of sleek lines and contemporary aesthetics, took centre stage. Its design, a marriage of form and function, made a bold statement of elegance and style. Visitors were captivated by the luxurious interiors, spacious cabins, and the master suite – a true masterpiece of design offering an oasis of serenity. The retractable hardtop roof provided the freedom to embrace the elements or find shelter as needed, creating a sprawling canvas for socialising, dining, or simply enjoying the sea breeze.
The Aquila 42, the first of this model in Asia, redefined on-water living with expansive spaces and exceptional stability. Boaters were delighted by its advanced electronics packages, efficient engine options from Volvo Penta, and the three al fresco entertainment areas. Sitting alongside its smaller sister, the Aquila 36 reflected a commitment to comfort and style and is ideal for water sports enthusiasts and those seeking leisurely coastal cruises.
The Beneteau Gran Turismo 41, a true sportcruiser, showcased sleek lines and a thoughtfully designed interior. Its innovative layout seamlessly connected indoor and outdoor living spaces. The spacious cockpit set the stage for how enjoyable hosting guests can be, while well-appointed cabins offer a haven for relaxation. Boasting a contemporary design, the Gran Turismo 41 caters to the diverse needs of yachting enthusiasts, making it the perfect choice for families or couples seeking an unforgettable summer retreat.
