With an LOA of 28.27 metres, the Swan 88 is the entry model for the Swan Maxi series. It is a no-compromise cruiser with a racing soul, packed into an efficient platform that’s easy to manage and attain charter certifications.
Designed for comfort and with a four-metre draft, the Swan 88 is just as ideally suited for long-distance sailing as she is cruising coastal waters. Accommodation is for up to 10 guests, with an optional layout of an owner’s stateroom forward and four ensuite guest staterooms aft. The Swan 88 can also host four crew.
The Swan 88 was designed by long-standing Nautor Swan partner German Frers, with interiors by Misa Poggi.
The Swan 88 is a modern classic that features the newly evolved coachroof design and beach club by German Frers. This redesign is elegant and offers the practicality of an integrated sprayhood and bimini. Flexibility has also been written into the Swan 88 and the cockpit’s modular benches can be arranged in several different configurations, with both lounging and full dining set-ups available.
Another key feature of the Swan 88 is a beach club that provides direct access to the water and doubles as storage of a large tender. Alfresco social space was imperative for the Swan 88. Forward of the helm station is a large social area with twin C-shaped settees. The foredeck serves as a sunset lounge and offers more sunbathing space.
The interior social areas are pristine, modern and flooded with natural light. Interior designer Misa Poggi has offered four moods for the Swan 88: Timeless White, Traditional Navy, Wine Cowes and Spirit of Finland.
Notably, the first Swan 88 constructed by Nautor Swan is the shipyard’s debut yacht equipped with a hybrid electric propulsion system.
