Simpson Marine Concludes Successful Singapore Yachting Festival 2024 

6 May 2024, Singapore – Simpson Marine has successfully concluded the 2024 Singapore Yachting Festival that ran from April 25 to 28 at ONE°15 Marina Sentosa Cove, Singapore.

The company presented an impressive lineup of six yachts, featuring the latest models from Sanlorenzo, Bluegame, and Fairline. Among the highlights was the Asian debut of the Sanlorenzo SD118, the first of its kind in Asia, alongside the Bluegame BGX73, the Fairline Squadron 58, and the Southeast Asian premiere of the Bluegame BG42, each representing bespoke luxury and innovation in their respective categories.

Alongside the Asia and Southeast Asian premieres, the Sanlorenzo SL96A and SX88 were also on display, providing visitors to the show with a variety of yachts from the different Sanlorenzo ranges. Among the highlights of this year’s festivities was the commemoration of Simpson Marine‘s 40th anniversary, a momentous occasion marked by joyous revelry and heartfelt gratitude with welcome speeches by Luca Cristino, Simpson Marine Chairman, Richard Allen, Simpson Marine COO and Nick Stratton, the company’s CSO.

Additionally, as we commemorated our 40-year legacy, Simpson Marine has been awarded with “Asia’s Best Yacht Dealership” at the Yacht Style Yachting Awards and Mike Simpson was awarded with a prestigious “Lifetime Achievement” for his invaluable contribution to the industry overall. In summary, yet another vibrant edition and we are looking forward to the next one. Last but not least, the new model Sanlorenzo SX100 has been rewarded as the Best Motoryacht in the 30-40m category which is yet another trophy after being awarded Yacht of the Year at Robb Report Thailand Best of the Best Awards earlier this year.”
